寧謐巷弄一側，簡潔純白門面掛置一顯眼之鏤空「鈺」字，金屬招牌表層的斑駁痕跡，無聲道盡業者由祖父母一代承襲的懷舊暖意。一旁，蘊有日式職人氣息的深藍門簾迎接來客，緩緩推開後方的木質大門，青翠松樹、清澈水池、白石步道倏然印入眼簾，整體籠罩於墨色屋簷懸掛的燈籠暖光中，發散商家特有的濃厚和風情韻，無形之間，亦勾起每一賓客內心對美味佳餚的期待欣喜。

回應品牌以日本「每次相聚皆獨一無二」的一期一會概念為服務精神，設計師活用案場條件打造獨立庭園，圍塑縈繞身側的優美日系風情，搭配屋中滿佈的溫潤木質，使人們身處此地的每刻，皆能切身體驗傳統日料場景的細膩儀式感，另規劃客席精簡、動線寬敞的吧檯用餐區，讓顧客得於舒適精緻的環境中，沉心享受正宗板前料理中，見證師傅調理嚴選食材、完成即呈遞眼前的人情溫度，最大化此視覺、味覺的雙重饗宴，進而實現業主「傳承溫暖」的營運理念。

Tucked away in a tranquil alley, an openwork「鈺」character strikingly marked a minimalist white façade. The weathered metallic signage quietly conveyed the nostalgic warmth passed down by the business owner's grandparents. Next to it, a deep navy noren reflects Japanese craftsmanship and invites guests inside. Sliding the rear timber portal, guests discover a hidden sanctuary. Under the dark canopy, lanterns cast an amber glow over verdant pines, a crystalline koi pond, and a white stone path, exuding a unique, rich Japanese charm that stirs every guest's anticipation for a joyful culinary journey.

The designer made full use of the site conditions to craft a private courtyard, responding to the brand's philosophy of the "Ichi-go Ichi-e" concept - every encounter is unique. This garden surrounds the interior with refined Japanese aesthetics and warm timber accents. Every moment here immerses visitors in the ritual of traditional dining. The layout offers a spacious counter-seating area. Guests can view the chef process premium ingredients in an elegant setting. This close experience enriches both sight and taste. It realizes the operation concept of passing warmth through heartfelt Japanese cuisine.
